Elizabethtown College students participated in the fall 2014 Mid-Atlantic European Union Simulation. The eleven students, representing Denmark, each played the role of a member of the Danish delegation, working together to negotiate with other colleges and universities to pass legislation.

Kutztown University's Katy Douillette Fights Fires at Home and Away
Katy Douillette '17 is a thrill-seeker--she loves the excitement of a call from the fire station in the middle of the night; the rush of speeding to the scene; the majesty of a wave of water falling over flames that lick the sky far above her head.
But she's also a people person.
Douillette has been volunteering with the Campbelltown Fire Company since age 14. Now that she attends Kutztown University (KU), she volunteers at the Kutztown Fire Company simultaneously.

The Peer Mentor Program begins during orientation and continues throughout the first semester. This program eases the transition of new students to LVC. Lebanon Valley College is recognizing its high-achieving first-year students for receiving scholarships from the College. Among the incoming class of 448 students, 63 percent rank in the top 30 percent of their high school class; 12 students were valedictorians; 52 percent of students earned a scholarship worth half-tuition; and five students received the full-tuition Allwein Scholarship.
